I’m Femke van der Hulst, founder of Faces by Femke. A personality-led mother agency built on the belief that the models are the message. I work closely with models from the very beginning, focusing on individuality, confidence, and long-term development. My approach is hands-on and honest, with an emphasis on building strong foundations rather than chasing trends or quick wins.

We scout with personality in mind and develop talent in a considered, individual way. From portfolio building to placements, every step is intentional and aligned with the model’s identity and pace. We work selectively with agencies and clients, prioritising long-term relationships and thoughtful career growth.

Femke van der Hulst is a creative director, casting director, producer, scout and mother agent, shaped by her time in Amsterdam and now based in Nottingham, UK. Faces by Femke sits at the intersection of creativity and care — where personality leads and people come first.
